Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Club Rocket.
If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase We invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns.
The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with Us.
Interpretation and Definitions
Interpretation
The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.
Definitions
For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:

Company (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to Club Rocket Enterprises Inc., Toronto, Ontario.

Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.

Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.

Service refers to the Website.

Website refers to Club Rocket, accessible from www.clubrocketofficial.com

You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.
Your Order Cancellation Rights
You are entitled to cancel Your Order within 7 days without giving any reason for doing so.
The deadline for cancelling an Order is 7 days from the date on which You received the Goods or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.
In order to exercise Your right of cancellation, You must inform Us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by:

We will reimburse You no later than 14 days from the day on which We receive the returned Goods. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
Conditions for Returns
In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
- The Goods were purchased in the last 7 days
- The Goods are in the original packaging
- The Goods were not used or damaged
- You have the receipt or proof of purchase
The following Goods cannot be returned:
- The supply of Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized.
- The supply of Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
- The supply of Goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
- The supply of Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.
Only regular priced Goods may be refunded. Unfortunately, Goods on sale cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to You if it is not permitted by applicable law.
Returning Goods
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us.
We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.
Gifts
If the Goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, You'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to You.
If the Goods weren't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the Order shipped to themselves to give it to You later, We will send the refund to the gift giver.

SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping information:
ClubRocketOfficial.com delivers to most places worldwide using DHL Express, Fedex, or UPS. All orders are processed within 5 business days (this may be longer during sale seasons or over major holidays or weekends. Certain countries may be subject to custom fees, import fees and taxes, these are the sole responsibility of the client and will not be reimbursed by ClubRocketOfficial.com. Shipping costs may vary. Some shipping restrictions include lack of transparency by the receiving country or location, strict customs for individual packages, and/or a highly changeable political climate which may make it difficult for us to ship to them.
Shipment Tracking:
When the order is on route, the customer will receive an email providing the tracking number related to the order. Tracking of orders can be done on the courier's website in the "track your shipment" area, or whatever section they have named devoted to tracking packages.
All shipments are accompanied with an official invoice with the exact declared value of each item in CND$. Once orders are shipped they can no longer be canceled or have order details changed. Please make sure to fill out all information sections correctly when checking out. Once the customer receives their parcel, exchange or return can be done within 10 days of the date of receipt (date of receipt being the courier confirmation date of delivery).
Force majeure: ClubRocketOfficial.com will not be held responsible for delay in shipment caused by any circumstances beyond the control of ClubRocketOfficial.com including, but not limited to: accident, epidemic, pandemic (including Covid 19**), breakdown of communication facilities, natural catastrophes, governmental acts or omissions, changes in laws or regulations, generalized lack of availability of raw materials or energy. **ClubRocketOfficial.com hereby acknowledge that while current events related to the Covid-19 pandemic are known, future impacts of the outbreak are unforeseeable and shall be considered a Force Majeure event to the extent that they prevent performance of Clubrocketofficial.com's obligations.
Delivery Time:
www.ClubRocketOfficial.com processes orders in Toronto, Ontario, Canada from Monday to Friday. All orders are processed within 5 (Business) days of the order's placement. Orders placed from Friday to Sunday, or any holiday will be processed within the following 5 business days. Club Rocket cannot be held responsible for any courier delays. Once shipped, arrival time of packages may vary from country to country. Most orders will arrive within 1-2 weeks, any delay past 2 weeks - please contact management@clubrocketofficial.com for assistance.
Please note:
If in any circumstance the customer refuses the delivery of the parcel shipped by ClubRocketOfficial.com, import duty fees and shipping fees related to the automatic return of the parcel to the sender shall be charged to the customer. This return of parcel amount, [along with the initial shipping fees] shall be deducted from the total amount of the order to be refunded.
